This pulled pork recipe is loaded with a flavorful rub and slow cooked in Dr Pepper. It’s also easy to prepare and only takes a few minutes to put together.
I liked the idea of Dr Pepper pulled pork, but all the recipes I found were lacking in flavor and seasoning. This inspired me to create my own rub blend for the pork.
This pork is great on sandwiches, corn tortillas, or over potatoes. At my house, we often use the leftovers to make enchiladas as well. Please comment with more suggestions on ways to use up extra pulled pork!

- When the meat is done, remove it from the slow cooker, and break it into chunks or shred to your liking.
