This pulled pork recipe is loaded with a flavorful rub and slow cooked in Dr Pepper. It takes only a few minutes to prepare, and it’s also very simple – even if you don’t have cooking skills, you can easily make this.
I liked the idea of Dr Pepper pulled pork, but all the recipes I found were lacking in flavor and seasoning. This inspired me to create my own rub blend for the pork, and I have been using this recipe for years now.
This pork is great on sandwiches, corn tortillas, or over potatoes. At my house, we often use the leftovers to make enchiladas as well!
